Outside of Business Hours

While Shane is passionate about the work he does in the office, he’s equally passionate about the work he does outside of business hours.

He is very active within the community and is an equally active member of his church. In fact, faith is an important part of who Shane is. It guides him both personally and professionally.

Outside of the office, he serves on a myriad of nonprofit boards and committees, participates in mission trips abroad and plays the role of church camp counselor each summer.

Shane and his wife, Emily, moved from Minneapolis to Louisville in 2016 along with their three children—all teenagers now.

The Raymond family includes a violinist, college lacrosse player, filmmaker, avid runner and pickleball player looking to go pro!
